Using Word 2004
The notes are contained in a Microsoft Word™ template, Copy the unzipped Minicrib Template & Paste it into the Template Window which opens after clicking File/New . Right click clear of existing Icons & Paste and a new Minicrib Icon will appear.
-----------------
Double click on the Minicrib Icon to open the Welcome Page which contains full instructions, if a warning appears regarding macros, select Enable Macros. Alternatively, if you prefer not to enable macros, you can select Autotext from the Insert Menu to choose the dances. If macros are enabled a Footprint icon will be added to your menu bar, click on this Footprint and type the first letters of the required dance in the window which pops up. When you see the dance on the list, double click it. It will then be added to your 'main page'.
You do not need to add additional lines between each dance - the program will do that automatically.
Once you have all your dances on the main page, you may wish to use the Select All feature (Edit - Select All or Apple-A) to change the size and/or font.
